How do I need to care for my orchids as a beginner?

Along with every order, we send a care card with instructions and a sample care pack. Since they are slow-growing plants, they don't need much attention.

When and how should I water my orchid?

If you have dry weather, then maintain humidity after watering. You can keep your orchid on a plate filled with water. Where the moisture content in the air is high, please check your media before watering your orchid.

Will I receive the exact plant as shown in the picture?

We try to choose the best plant for you as per availability. Being live plants, there might be slight differences, but if there is anything major, we will take your consent before packing.

How long will the delivery take?

It usually takes 2 to 3 days to process the order. We make sure that the plants are well treated and dry before shipment. During the monsoon season, some orders take longer. Our executive generally informs our clients if there is any delay in the process.

Will the plants be shipped with pots?

Plants are shipped as per the description provided in our product list.

What is an orchid potting mix?

This potting mix is specially designed by our experts and can be used for growing any orchid. This medium is very porous and helps with drainage and aeration for better rooting while retaining appropriate moisture.
