Return Policy

At Click Orchid, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we accept return and replacement claims if there are any deficiencies in the product. To ensure that we can help you with your claim, we kindly ask that you:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order through email (support@clickorchid.com) or phone (+91-8695555162). This allows us to quickly address any issues and make things right for you.
  • Include details of the deficiencies and an image or video of the product when submitting your claim. This helps us to assess the situation accurately and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
  • Note that we cannot accept return or replacement claims if the physical condition of the plants has been altered. This includes repotting, changing pots, changing potting media, or mounting. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps us to maintain the quality of our products.

Our Plant Quality & Flower Transit Policy
We absolutely stand behind the quality of our plants! If your plant arrives defective (for example, if the foliage is damaged beyond recovery or the plant itself is unhealthy), we'll gladly offer a refund or replacement.

However, we want to be upfront about the delicate nature of live orchid flowers. While we pack them with extreme care, the blooms themselves are very fragile. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or replacements specifically for damaged or ruined flowers that occ
