We at Click Orchid will strive to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience where they can make purchases confidently. We have a comprehensive return policy that is tailored to protect our customers. Live orchid plants are highly perishable by nature and thus have limitations in providing replacements. So we do not offer any replacement or refund in normal circumstances.
If in case you happen to receive a damaged or defective Plant, you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:
- Return or replacement claims are acceptable only if you notify us with details of any deficiencies within 24 hours of receipt of the products. No requests for returns will be accepted after 24 hours of the delivery of the product.
- Claims will not be accepted after you change the physical condition of the plants, like repotting, changing pots, changing potting media, or mounting.
- You will need to send an image or a video of the Product by whatsapp at +91 9513166356 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org for claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description. We ask our clients to make an unboxing video, which is easier and more convenient. The product should be returned in its actual condition to the below-mentioned address.
